Earn good karmas.....distribute umbrellas to poor at 25% ....of your cost....

Earn good karmas and do some small project:  When I was a child there was one good businessman in Bombay Mutual Building who used to buy 100 umbrellas and then offer same to ju. staff of all those in the building at much less price. My salute to him. Many of us can do that. Housing soc. and social orgs can do that for all maids, drivers, watchman, lift man etc.. Commercial offices can do that same. As CSR corporates can do in adivasi areas. Buy X  quantity at  heavy discount from a original source ( should be good quality minimum features) like manufacturer / importers. Then subsidise same for anyone earning less then Rs 10000/- ( I do not know how they survive with less then that income) and distribute.  Pl. send your name / org name if u follow this ( optional ) . Individuals can also do it for their domestic staff atleast. Pl. note  free is not valued so atleast charge 25%. Even I want to buy umbrellas for my Sr. citizens activity. I was given Rs 5000/- by my sister Pratima for a small but novel idea. I want to use same for this project from my Varishtha Nagrik Seva  Sanstha. If someone can recommend Umbrella manufacturer or importer then I will be highly obliged.

I tell myself: "How amazing am I ?! "

Um wow...
A while back, at the entrance of a gym, there was a picture of a very thin and beautiful woman. The caption was "This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?"
The story goes, a woman (of clothing size unknown) answered the following way:
"Dear people, whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, seals, curious humans), they are sexually active and raise their children with great tenderness.
They entertain like crazy with dolphins and eat lots of prawns. They swim all day and travel to fantastic places like Patagonia, the Barents Sea or the coral reefs of Polynesia.
They sing incredibly well and sometimes even are on cds. They are impressive and dearly loved animals, which everyone defend and admires.
Mermaids do not exist.
But if they existed, they would line up to see a psychologist because of a problem of split personality: woman or fish?
They would have no sex life and could not bear children.
Yes, they would be lovely, but lonely and sad.
And, who wants a girl that smells like fish by his side?
Without a doubt, I'd rather be a whale.
At a time when the media tells us that only thin is beautiful, I prefer to eat ice cream with my kids, to have dinner with my husband, to eat and drink and have fun with my friends.
We women, we gain weight because we accumulate so much wisdom and knowledge that there isn't enough space in our heads, and it spreads all over our bodies.
We are not fat, we are greatly cultivated.
Every time I see my curves in the mirror, I tell myself: "How amazing am I ?! "

be grateful to those people who contribute to our success

This about Mr. Zavere Poonawala who is a well-known Parsee industrialist in Pune, India. He had this driver named Ganga Datt with him for the last 30 years on his limousine, which was originally owned by Acharya Rajneesh.
.
Ganga Datt passed away recently and at that time Mr. Poonawala was in Mumbai for some important work. As soon as he heard the news, he canceled all his meetings, requested the driver’s family to await him for the cremation and came back to Pune immediately by a helicopter.
.
On reaching Pune, he asked the limo to be decorated with flowers as he wished Ganga Datt should be taken in the same car which he himself had driven since the beginning. When Ganga Datt’s family agreed to his wishes, he himself drove Ganga Datt from his home up to the ghat on his last journey.
.
When asked about it, Mr. Poonawala replied that Ganga Datt had served him day and night, and he could at least do this being eternally grateful to him. He further added that Ganga Datt rose up from poverty and educated both his children very well. His daughter is a Chartered accountant and that is so commendable.
.
His comment in the end, is the essence of a successful life in all aspects:
“Everybody earns money which is nothing unusual in that, but we should always be grateful to those people who contribute to our success. This is the belief, we have been brought up with, which made me do, what I did”.
An inspiring example of humanity ……

share life and the love...inspite of they being thrash

The world-renowned psychologist, Sigmund Freud, died at the age of 83, a bitter and disillusioned man.
Though he was one of the most influential thinkers,
Freud had little compassion for the common person.
In 1918, he wrote, “I have found little that is good about human beings on the whole. In my experience most of them are trash, no matter whether they publicly subscribe to this or that ethical doctrine or to none at all” (Veritas Reconsidered, p. 36).
As a result of his bitterness toward humanity, Freud died friendless!
Many of his loyal followers had even abandoned him, not out of psychological disagreements-
- but because they were disillusioned with how bitter he had become.
- your relationships with people are some of the most valuable commodities you’ll ever have.
Yet many, as they grow older, tend to become like Freud: bitter, angry, and cynical toward others.
But as you grow in your faith-
- you can be the exact opposite as the joy of the Lord overcomes your life more and more every day.
So nourish your friendships and keep people close.
They’re some of the most important things you can have in life!
Pray that God would surround you with good friends with whom you can share life and the love.
